Alpha Property Management specializes in single
family homes, duplexes, four-plexes and apartment
buildings. We serve the greater Sacramento and Placer counties including
Elk Grove, Laguna, Greenhaven / Pocket Area, Rancho Cordova , Gold
River , Carmichael , Fair Oaks , Orangevale , Citrus Heights , Antelope,
Folsom, Granite Bay , Roseville , Loomis and Rocklin.
Alpha Property Management is owned and operated by Sally LaBate,
Broker. She is assisted by her highly trained
professional support staff. Mrs. LaBate started her career in property
management in the late 1970’s in the state of Oregon as an
on- site manager. In 1981 she relocated to Sacramento, CA where she
continued in the field as an on-site manager. She received her Agent’s
license through the California Department of Real Estate in 1983.
After receiving her Agent’s license she continued to work as
a property manager.
Together with a partner she started her own property management company in 1985
with the vision in mind of providing first class, honest, property management
services for residential properties of all sizes. During her time in business
she has managed every size and shape of rental property including but not limited
to; single room occupancy units, apartment communities with anywhere from 5 units
to 300+ units, single family homes, duplexes, triplexes and four-plexs, as well
as, retail and large commercial office buildings.
Prior to the retirement of her partner she took her brokers exam for the California
Department of Real Estate and became a licensed broker. Upon her partners
retirement she assumed the entire portfolio and incorporated the company in 1998.
Alpha Property Management is a member of NARPM - The National Association of Residential Property Managers and is a team of property management professionals with a fulltime receptionist, bookkeeper, maintenance staff, leasing staff and project manager.
