What does it cover?

AAA Renters Insurance is designed to protect you from exposures unique to your living situation:

Personal Property coverage offers coverage for certain types of property such as jewelry, business property, antique rugs and fine art.

Loss of Use coverage provides you with an Additional Living Expense if your home becomes uninhabitable due to a covered loss or if a civil authority prohibits the use of your residence.  This also includes coverage for the fair rental value for portions of your home rented to others.

Personal Liability - Provides coverage for personal injury, bodily injury, and property damage in the event that you are found liable for those losses or damages (for example, if you were to be found responsible for a fire that burns property belonging to your landlord or neighbor.)

Medical Payments to Others - Provides $1,000 in coverage for medical payments and expenses incurred due to an accident causing personal or bodily injury.
